Dain was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in January 2023 and as a Director in May 2026.

He is a senior retail executive with over 21 years’ experience across global fashion and lifestyle businesses. He was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Lovisa Group where he was instrumental in the brand’s global expansion and growth, with a particular focus on establishing and scaling operations within the United States and other international markets.

Dain previously held senior leadership roles at Adairs Retail Group, MYER and Mr Price Group. He has led businesses across Australia, the United States and South Africa, bringing deep experience in scaling multi-brand retail platforms.

Carl was appointed as SkinKandy’s Chief Financial Officer in June 2023 and was appointed as SkinKandy’s Company Secretary in March 2025.

He has extensive experience in delivering exit-focused financial strategies, complex project management, M&A transactions and accelerated growth strategies.

Prior to joining SkinKandy, Carl was the Director of Finance and Operations at Whiteoak, Carl has a chartered accounting background and was formerly an Accounting and Tax Manager at KPMG.

He has deep knowledge guiding the finance, information technology and operational teams of private equity-backed fast-growing businesses across tech, consumer/retail eCommerce and service industries.

Carl is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
