Who are we?

SkinKandy is the leading specialty retailer of piercing services and piercing related jewellery products in Australia and New Zealand and currently operates 100 stores. The Company offers a services‑led retail model in which piercing is a primary demand driver together with a curated and comprehensive range of fashion jewellery and aftercare products designed to complement the service offering.

SkinKandy offers more than 60 types of piercings across ear, nose, face and body categories, using both needle‑free and single‑use needle methods. Needle‑free services are used primarily for first and second earlobe piercings, while single‑use needle techniques are applied across all other piercing types, including advanced ear, nose, body, face and mouth procedures. All procedures are performed by SkinKandy’s dedicated retail team of over 750 trained piercers, each having completed SkinKandy’s proprietary training program.

The Company’s scale, standardised modular store design, clinic design and centralised operational systems support a scalable business model that produces quality control and consistency of execution.

SkinKandy is one of the few scaled operators in a category which remains highly fragmented.
